On behalf of Berlin Partner, the local agency for site selection, foreign trade consultancy and capital city marketing, in:places analysed development potentials of former brownfields in Berlin. Thereby, particular aspects were looked upon and presentations were developed for each development area. Likewise, tours and excursions to these areas were designed.

This programme especially targets national and international experts, delegations, decision makers, and media representatives.

Tours for the following development areas were designed:

• BBI Business Park
• Clean Tech Business Park Berlin-Marzahn
• Heidestraße / Europacity
• Obere Stadtspree
• Tempelhofer Feld
• Zukunftsraum Tegel

Those areas are already based on a specific planning process with concrete data, facts, and objectives. For the areas of Oberschöneweide and TU Campus, the current development is still in its early stages; thus, our ongoing research will gradually work on a more precise overview of these areas, including the design of tours and excursions.
