Hans Pul, MSc., graduated with a degree in Urban Geography from Utrecht University, Netherlands. During his studies he organised student trips to destinations including Berlin, Budapest, and Istanbul, together with other students.
He moved to Berlin in 2010 to work on his Master Thesis which explores the impact of tourism on everyday life in the neighborhood Berlin-Kreuzberg. Through interviews with residents, he assessed local perspectives on the conflicts and synergies that are often associated with neighborhood tourism.
His interests include urban development, tourism, neighborhoods, temporary use, and urban leisure.
